How To Choose The Right Lighting For Your Marijuana Grow Room

In Canada, seed banks are plentiful, so it’s hard to know where to find the best Canadian banks. The Cannabis Act that passed in 2018 made the purchase and growth of marijuana, either for medicinal or recreational purposes, legal to Canadian citizens over the age of 18.

What does this mean?

Well, it means it’s now easier than ever to purchase quality seeds from a Canadian seed bank for growing. Nevertheless, not all seed banks are created equally, and, like in any industry, there are some shady players that are best to avoid.

That said, if you’re looking for a reputable Canadian bank, you can’t go wrong with any of the following vendors. Check out these Canadian bank reviews, and may your buds always be big and fluffy!

Canadian Seed Bank Reviews

To cultivate your own plants at home, you need good seeds. Many reputable Canadian banks ship worldwide, but it’s best to source your seeds locally if you’re a Canadian citizen. Plus, you can find all different types of strains, including indoor, outdoor, Sativa, Indica, hybrids, and high THC.

Quebec Cannabis Seeds is one of the top banks in Canada. They’ve been selling quality seeds since 2013 and are known for collecting some of the most popular varieties in the world. So, if you’ve been looking for something in particular or want a high-yielding plant, then Quebec Cannabis Seeds is a good place to start.

All told, they carry over 50 strains, including QC Black Gold, AK47, and Jack Herer. However, if you’re more of an experimental grower, you can also get a pack of randomly-selected auto-flowering seeds, which is an excellent option for hobbyists.

Dr. Seeds Marajuana Seed Bank

If you prefer to get your seeds from a smaller operation, then Dr. Seeds may be the way to go. Although Dr. Seeds is a small-scale business that has only been selling seeds since 2019, it offers a wide variety of cannabis seed strains, including many auto-flower types, high CBD plants, and feminized marijuana seeds.

Dr. Seeds also offer free shipping when you use the code “seedfree” at checkout. What’s more, the website has a handy search engine for finding strains based on searchable qualities, and also sells growing supplies, like yucca extract and hydroponic fertilizer. Dr. Seeds is a one-stop-shop.

True North Seed Bank

Okay, so you thought those last vendors had a lot of strains to offer? Well, check out True North Bank! Its online store has 1584 different types of cannabis strains available for purchase. Some of the most popular strains on the website include Agent Orange, White Widow, Pure Kush, and Afghan Hash.

True North seeds are fresh and have a high germination rate. It also has a loyalty program, so you earn points with each order you can use for discounts on future purchases. What’s more, delivery is guaranteed, so if anything happens to your order during shipping, they’ll send you a new order.

Dr. Greenthumb is also the bank famous for creating their Niagara marijuana strain. They also offer Original Cheese, Dr. Greenthumb, Columbia Skies, Good Dog, and Engles Sky. Their seeds are certified disease and fungus free, and the company cleverly packages their seeds in random objects to prevent your order from being confiscated. Plus, once your order is complete, they destroy all information about it, so there’s no paper trail.

Growing Your New Seeds

No matter where or which best Canadian bank you get your seeds from, it’s crucial to be aware of the laws where you live. It can get complicated. For instance, in the U.S., marijuana is illegal on the federal level but can be grown and sold both medicinally and recreationally in several states.

I discovered the benefits of Cannabis at a young age in 2002, with years of trial and error, my knowledge grew just like my plants. As my love for cannabis unfolded I began to teach and learn, trying to gain as much information and practical growing experience.

  • Seedman is going down hill. Reading more and more neg reviews online. I know they are UK and not Canada but don’t even think of them. They send first order or two then they drop off the face of the earth on third. I’m glad they only got 35.00 from me. I was going to try seedman seeds and purchase more but don’t think so now.

    • Yeah I can’t help but agree. Does ILGM deliver to Canada? I’m thinking of switching all my recs to them but not sure if they deliver to Canada and abroad. Here’s our affiliate link (to support this blog!): https://ilgm.com/?aff=4602
